Trailers

How does the self serve-hiring system work?

Once you've booked and paid for your preferred trailer on our website, a confirmation e-mail is then sent out with your receipt and trailer registration number for you to identify your trailer.

 

From there you simply head over, hook up and head off with your trailer.

 

You will not be required to sign any further forms, meet with anyone, provide any further information nor pay any further fee's.

 

Our system is designed to be simple, straight forward, time and cost effective!

Where do I collect my trailer from?

Our North Brisbane trailers are parked at 6 Mica court, Griffin 4508

 

Our South Brisbane trailers are parked at 108 Bromley St, Cornubia 4130

​

Will there be anyone available to assist with connecting the trailer to my vehicle?

No. Our trailers are completely self serve meaning once booked, an e-mail address will be sent out to your nominated email address  with trailer registration number to help you identify your trailer. 

​

Why are your rates so low?

As our trailers are self-serve, we save on overheads such as staff, warehouse/shed rent, electricity etc and pass those savings straight onto you!

We understand that the purpose of hiring a trailer can be to save on things such as delivery fee's and removalist fee's,  and raising our prices to match our competitors defeats that very purpose.

Are there any other fee's or costs?

No.

We pride ourselves in the transparency our business offers our customers, so the only fee you'll be paying is the hire fee which will be stated on the trailers booking page.

I've boked for multiple days, will I have to return the trailer at 8pm and then take it again?

No. You'll only be required to return the trailer on the last date of your booking by 8pm

​

Do your trailers come with insurance?

Yes. All our trailers are fully insured at no extra charge to you.

​

Are your trailer hires tax deductible?

Yes. All our hires come with a tax invoice which is sent to you via e-mail and are fully tax deductible

​

Is there a specific time I have to collect the trailer?

No. Your trailer can be collected anytime from 5am and can be returned anytime before 8pm on the final date.

​

Can someone else collect the trailer for me?

Yes! Anyone can collect the trailer and return for you however you will be liable for the trailer during hire.

​

Is there a limited amount of Km's I can travel with the trailer?

No. You can take the trailer as far and wide as necessary

​

Can I travel interstate with the trailer?

Yes absolutely!

​

Can the trailer be taken on a one way trip?

No. The trailer must be returned to its pick up location

 

Can I inspect the trailers prior to booking?

Absolutely! Our goal is to provide you with a smooth, hassle free hiring experience, so we encourage you to head over to one of our locations to ensure our trailers fit your requirements.

Can we deliver the trailers?

No. Our trailers are pick up only we do not deliver or pick up

​

I need the trailer an additional day, how do I go about keeping it another day?

If the trailer is not booked for that day, head online and book that specific trailer for the additional days required or give us a call and we'll extend your hire for you. Once the additional days are booked, you will not be required to return it until the final day.

Do the trailers have tie down points in them?

Yes, all our trailers have tie down points

​

Do you supply tie downs or straps?

Trailer straps are only provided with are our car trailers. We do not provide straps with our other trailers.

​

I've realised I no longer require the trailer I have booked, can I get a refund on my bookings?

No. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on cancellations of our trailers unless there is a fault on the trailer itself or the cancellation is covid related i.e restrictions, quarantine etc. 

You can however,  keep credit with us, which can be used for future hires.

Outdoor Cinema's

​

Rain is predicted for my hire date, what is your wet weather policy?

We offer full refunds on all our party hire provided your hire product is not collected and left our premises

​

Do you deliver, collect or set up?

No. Unfortunately we do not deliver, collect or set up our Cinema sets. Our prices are DIY only meaning, we do not assist with delivery or set up of the sets

​

Can I collect earlier than 2pm?

No. As our cinema sets do not return until 11pm, we require a fair bit of time to have all the sets checked, cleaned and ready to go for your collection. If you turn up earlier than the appointed time, you will be asked to leave and return at 2pm

​

Can I use the set for karaoke?

Yes absolutely! There are many apps and YouTube channels/videos available to play karaoke through. Just let us know upon collection of the cinema set and we'll include a microphone with the set

​

Can I use my phone or iPad to play movies through?

No. Unfortunately phones and iPad cannot be connected to our projectors

​

What can I use to play movies through projector?

Our projectors can be connected to the following devices;

  • PlayStation

  • Laptops

  • Chromecast

  • USB

​

My event has been cancelled, can I get a refund on my deposit?

Yes, provided it is at least one week before your hire date, a full refund will be provided
